Shipping/Cancellation
When placing an order, please take notice that it may take up to 2-3 business days to process the order. After the order is processed, it will be ship out via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped. Shipment of order may take 5-7 days after it has been sent. We are here to ensure our customers receive the most reliable form of shipping therefore, we have integrated a strict signature confirmation for all deliveries. Buyer must be 21 or older to sign for the strict signature delivery. Identification will be checked and a signature will be required before releasing the package. If you are NOT 21 and older, please note that in your order so we can work out a shipment to ensure you get your package in most reliable way. The name on the identification must match the name used during purchase. We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to consumer's error. Please review all information to ensure accuracy before submitting the purchase. If orders are returned back to us because of consumer's error of wrong address, consumer will pay the shipping fee to have the product reshipped to the correct address.
Cancellation must be notified NO LATER THAN 48 hours of order placement (during the processing period). Please contact us via email for any cancellations. Once we have shipped the order, cancellation will not be granted because the product is on its way. In such case, consumer will have to resort to our return/exchange policy.
